Sayma Mishi

Sayma Mishi (she/her) is a Program Associate for the Project Leaders program. Working with Lizzie, Mishi spends her time prototyping creative kid friendly projects, assisting Project Leaders with their prototyping, supporting Lizzie, preparing snacks, and managing program materials and setup. Mishi also does school visits to our Project Leader programming sites and supports Project Leaders as they teach younger youth. Prior to joining the staff, Mishi worked as a Project Leader herself and facilitated creative projects at Beam Camp City. OUtside of Beam, Mishi is currently an undergraduate student at SUNY New Paltz majoring in visual arts. She has a sculpture and ceramics practice as well. If Mishi were a sandwich, she would be a bacon and cheese with pickles and lettuce on a roll - her favorite type of sandwich and an order she’s never heard duplicated.
