Cesar Garcia (he/him) is a project designer with Beam Center bringing his expertise of visual artistry and textile manipulation to his work across various programs from SkillCETT to SPARK, a program he co-created for Younger Youth within the Beam Center network. Prior to Beam Center, Cesar worked in LIC's Bingo Hall as a ball announcer and community rebel rouser.
