Sara Tandoi

Sara Tandoi (she/her) is the Director of Staff & Operations at Beam Center. In this role, she manages contract compliance, human resources, various special projects, and is part of Beam’s finance team.

Sara first joined Beam from 2015-2019 as the Staff Director of Beam Camp New Hampshire. She went on to pursue a career in Film & TV where she worked on productions for The Onion, Funny or Die, NBC and AMC and worked in membership, communications and special events at New York Women in Film & Television. She never stopped dreaming of the fulfilling work, supportive community and beautiful chaos of Beam and returned in 2024.

Sara graduated from Brooklyn College with a B.A. in Film Production. Her creative passions are filmmaking, writing, baking and life-long learning.
