Ladaisia Holly

Ladaisia Holly (she/her) is Beam’s Director of Apprenticeship Programming. In this role, she offers credit bearing programs and summer enrichment programs to students and partner schools across NYC. She enjoys being able to offer youth an opportunity to determine their likes and dislikes, make decisions for themselves, and develop skills, connections, and relationships in and outside of Beam Center. Ladaisia holds a Master of Arts in Youth Studies. When Ladaisia was a teenager, she participated in NYC Summer Youth Employment and worked at multiple externships very similar to those we offer at Beam Center. If Ladaisia were a sandwich, she would be a classic honey turkey, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, with salt and pepper, and oil and vinegar because it’s her favorite sandwich and it’s very New York and she’s very New York!
