Sanaly Santiago-Vaughn

Sanaly Santiago-Vaughn (she/her) the Director of Youth Employment. She is responsible for recruitment, enrollment, and onboarding of youth, who she engages with and connects to meaningful paid experiences. Sanaly is fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and has a BA in English and a BS in Criminal Justice. Prior to her work at Beam, Sanaly was a Program Assistant at Rocking the Boat, a 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund Paralegal, and a Team Administrative Specialist at the Center For Employment Opportunities. She is also a creative writer, event planner, and crafter.
