Victor Gamez

Victor Gamez (he/him) is Beam Center’s newest Project Designer, with a focus on ecological and technical builds — from battery-powered go-karts to terrariums and mini ecosystems.

Victor has a background in software development industry and worked with Lucent and Motorola as a software engineer and was a partner at a custom software dev firm which made some amazing mobile apps.

When he’s not building or organizing in-school visits with Beam Center, Victor is creating aquaponics systems and other animal habitats at home with his two kids, bringing their wild and imaginative ideas to life inside and outside their home. Victor also loves experimenting with fusion of various types of cooking and triathlon racing.
